Upgrading (or Downgrading) your Subscription Package

There will come a time when you need to upgrade or downgrade your subscription package at Lodgix.com.  This is a very easy task to accomplish and you can do it  yourself.  

Note:  subscription packages cannot be upgraded or downgraded during the trial period unless your credit card billing details are entered.  Your card will not be billed until the trial period expires.

Step #1: Go to the "Manage Billing" area of the application

Step #2:  Click on the "change" link

Step #2:  Click on the "change" link

The "change" link will not appear unless your credit card billing details have been entered.

Step #3: Choose the package you wish and click on the "upgrade" or "downgrade" links
